EndoGlow Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of EndoGlow. For auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also apply.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using EndoGlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EndoGlow is a health tracking application designed to help users log symptoms, identify patterns, and gain insights related to endometriosis and general health experiences. EndoGlow provides informational tools only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use EndoGlow. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Medical Disclaimer
EndoGlow is not a medical provider. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any insights or patterns generated are for informational purposes only. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information where applicable
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the App
- Not post harmful, abusive, misleading, sexually explicit, or privacy-violating content in the community
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any information provided by EndoGlow. You are also responsible for any content you post, comment on, or otherwise submit through EndoGlow.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of EndoGlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
EndoGlow may use third-party services to process data and support functionality. We are not responsible for the performance or practices of these third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and functionality within EndoGlow are the property of EndoGlow and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
9. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently delete your associated data.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. We may also remove content, restrict community features, or suspend accounts at our discretion when safety, abuse, spam, or policy enforcement requires it.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
EndoGlow is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of insights, reliability of the App, or availability and uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndoGlow and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, health-related decisions made based on app insights, loss of data, or service interruptions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EndoGlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
